To be the best you have to train with the best!

JL is recovering from his bicep surgery but this does not stop him from training.  This never quit attitude is something that we instill in our athletes and lead them there by example.  Here JL deadlifts 315lbs with just one hand.  If your strength coach doesn't have strength, then isn't it time for a new coach.  [youtuber youtube='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wn4bxZF3w5w']
