Reading For The Week

Opening day is here, NCAA basketball is coming to an end (which by the way has been one of the most exciting basketball seasons in years) and the NFL draft will be upon us here soon. Here in Columbus it is freezing and I am over it but training at the spot has been stepped up a notch and we are pushing not only each other but our athletes to new levels. Records are being broken every week on our board. So until you decide to show up and train here are a few articles to read.
